Sometimes your best shot is behind you. Parked at the pull out I was in awe of the Maroon Bells, while actually, the picture perfect shot was unfurling itself right behind me. The storm clouds had passed and the clearing clouds provided just enough room for the Sun to peek through and shine its light on the aspen slopes. White puffy clouds scattered all across the sky, which was a perfect blue, just completed this scene and for a long time I just had to stare at the beauty, reminding myself what a blessing it is to live in such a beautiful world!
