Nestled deep in the Appalachian mountains, this beauty of a waterfall is quite a hike from NC 215. On this particularly cloudy day with the Sun playing hide n seek with the clouds, this was going to be a more than moderate hike. But again there is no reward without risk. After debating whether to go or not to go my buddy & I decided to hike up anyway, rain or shine. The rain Gods smiled on us and we ended up spending almost 4-5 hours just hiking around this area and walked away with some amazing shots.
