This is what I call a picture perfect setting for a lighthouse! At sunset the Point Vicente lighthouse, perched atop some rugged cliffs, is lit by the glowing embers of the setting Sun. With just the right amount of clouds adding to the drama, the colors and tones are very pleasing to the viewer. Using a long exposure I was able to get the silken effect on the water in the foreground. This photograph will be a great addition to any lighthouse buff's collection.
