The many pull outs along Sunset Boulevard on the way to Point Loma offer a plethora of opportunities to photograph these red sandstone cliffs getting caressed gently by the waves from the Pacific.
I photographed these lovely cliffs lit by the setting rays of the Sun while the gentle waves rolled in to this cove. I set the shutter on my camera for a long exposure to capture the wave action and was very pleased with the way this turned out. The contrast of the colours just adds more character to the image.
Located just a few miles outside San Diego, this is a lovely spot to spend time either alone or with family & friends or with the special someone while you take in the peace & tranquility offered by the Pacific while enjoying a lovely sunset!
